Downtown Bloomington is the home to Von Champs Boutique. This place looked like such a cute little shop and I can not wait to stop in there sometime! There is a curtain covering half of the window which still allows you on the other side to see what the store looks like on the inside of it. The chair with the pillow on it makes the window super fun next to the mannequin and on the other side there is a table that is displaying some products that they sell. The window has a lot of character and allows you to see what the store is all about.

Crossroads is a shop in Bloomington, IL that sells fair trade products. There is a lot of signage going on in the window which states what they are all about and what the sell like toys, chocolate, and jewelry. All three dresses in the display have fun prints which are perfect for Springtime. An aspect of the window is that it allows someone passing by to see inside the store and look at the products they offer. They also have a mural before you enter the store which is sort of showing their values and different products that have been made. The mural is sure to capture anyone’s attention and make them want to stop in and check Crossroads out!

This adorable thrift shop is located in downtown Bloomington which is a great location for it! A customer would actually pass the window as they are walking into the store so one would always see it. It looks like window is displaying several new items that they have received and have styled them in a summer theme. Props are added in the background to help spice up the window so there are not just mannequins taking up the space. On one side of the window there is only half of a mannequin so that looks a little odd because it does not match the rest of the display. This is a cool thrift store that Bloomington is lucky to have!

gigi Bottega is a women’s clothing store located in downtown Bloomington. The theme of the window display looks like maybe a brunch is going on and all of the outfits look like they can be worn out to eat with friends. There are a lot of vibrant colors in the window and the table cloth is even striped. This window is very busy but is does look like Spring has Sprung. The mannequins are all positioned differently so that helps to show contrast. The outfits do have the opportunity to be styled better because they look a bit busy but overall the display is so much fun and definitely captures the attention of people walking by.

Loft is a women’s clothing shop in Normal, IL at The Shoppes at College Hills. The window displays a clear message reading “love, loft”. There is a big picture in the background of the window which is the main focus and that is where my eye went to first. The outfit ensembles could be a little more eye catching with brighter colors because right now they are pretty basic and do not really pop in the window. The best parts of the window are the signage which includes the slogan written on the window. Even though this window is not really elaborate I would still consider stopping in to see what else they have to offer!

Chico’s is located in Normal, IL at the Shoppes at College Hills and is a women’s clothing boutique. Green is incorporated into several of the outfits shown in the display which is a great color for spring and makes the window stand out. The mannequins are at different heights which makes the window unique and is an opportunity to grad a customer’s attention. The signage is not overpowering but still displays a clear message and is not blocking the display at all. The background could be a more vibrant color but other than that the window is perfect for Spring!

White House Black Market is a women’s clothing store located at the Shoppes at College Hills in Normal, IL. They had a clear theme stated which was Garden Party and this was written on the window which added some flair. Every outfit has a shade of pink in it which makes the looks feel springy and all look good together. I likes that they added a purse on the table to help break up the space a little bit. The space is well filled up but still allows someone passing buy to look in the store because there is open space but not too much. This Garden Party themed window is sure to bring in some customers!

Francesca’s is a trendy women’s clothing boutique chain and this particular store is located at the Shoppes at College Hills in Normal, IL. The bright yellow background was my favorite part of the window because it makes the clothing stand out. The space is large and I thought they used it up wisely with having four mannequins take up the space and then the sign next to them. I loved how stripes were incorporated in several of the pieces because it created a cohesive look and is perfect for spring which I think this window is trying to represent. Francesca’s is the perfect place to shop for every occasion!

Mood is a fabric store in NYC best known for being on Project Runway. Their window display was so unique but the inside was even more spectacular with walls full of buttons and fabrics and other sewing materials. The window was super interesting with pillows at the bottom and a gown made out of flowers in the middle of the display. The other two gowns also make the window stand out and allow a customer to see inside of the store.

Topshop is one of the trendiest stores and their window display in New York City really represents who they are as a brand. The window is massive and the way the mannequins are displayed on boxes helps to elongate the window and uses al the room inside. All of the outfits fit so well with the super bright background and everything is very vibrant. The mannequins are dressed head to toe with each one having accessories to match. I liked that the outfits did not match but they also did not clash which was such a cool aspect of the display.
