Madewell 2

I loved this window that I observed in Soho in NYC! Adorable is the word that comes to mind because it is just so fun! The way that the shoes are presented is something that I never really see so that made this window different from others. All of the shoes are great options that could be worn with both of the outfits displayed which are perfect for springtime! I immediately went into this lovely shop after seeing their amazing window display while I was on spring break.

J.Jill

J. Jill is a women’s clothing boutique and this particular location was at College Hills in Normal, Illinois. All of the colors in the three outfits are so different but they still look cohesive enough to be in a display together. All of the ensemble are perfect for Spring to head to brunch or go shopping in. My favorite piece is the striped skirt with the jean shirt layered over it to complete the look.

Loft

The Loft is located at The Shoppes at College Hills in Normal, IL. These pieces are perfect for the transition into the warmer months which was a great decision for them to put into the window. The color palette is on the neutral side but they all still flow nicely all together. I liked how the one mannequin was taller than the others since is was on box next to the signage that will well in the window as well

Torrid

Torrid is a women’s clothing store in College Hills. There is not a lot of substance to the window since it is on the smaller side. The signage is perfect for Spring and the outfit is so cute! It looks like it would go perfectly for the upcoming Spring and Summer seasons. They could add a tall shelf or box that they could display more accessories on which would be my only critique.

H&M

I loved this window display from H&M which is a trendy clothing store for everyone! Sustainability the theme and there was also a window next to it that had a quote about it with no clothes presented which was a different approach but looked really unique. I like that there were clothes hanging and not only the mannequins to use up the space. The accessories were placed on boxes which added contrast to just a lot of clothes and made it different. The clothing had a western and festival theme going on which created a cohesive collection. It was such a great concept for H&M to use sustainability to attract people’s attention.

Hallmark Gold Crown

Hallmark is one of my favorite shops because of all the cute merchandise and gift pieces that they have. The front if their store are just windows so the displays are right inside the store in the front. They are showcasing their new Vera Bradley products since those seem to be one of the mot popular brands that they sell. The window allows you to see into the whole store since there really is not that much signage blocking the view. The different departments in the store are shown in the background.

Bath & Body Works

I loved this display so much at Bath & Body Works in the mall! New products are being featured and the colors used are blue and white but it is not overpowering. There are even flowers apart of the display to go along with the new scent and the gingham print. The signage fits perfectly on the table with the new products arranged around it. This is an adorable display that made me go into the store and see it for myself.

ULTA Beauty

Ulta is a chain of makeup stores that are either stand alone stores or located in shopping malls. The theme is Spring Awakening and the window allows the customer to see inside to the store. Right inside the store there is a display of makeup products for people to look at. I like that the window has simple but expressive signage and that you can see into the store.

Aeropostale

Aeropostale is located in Eastland Mall in Bloomington, Illinois. The signage represents that there is a sale to celebrate the start of Spring and it definitely stands out. The mannequins are at different heights which adds depth to the window and they are on either sides of the signage. The outfits go so well with the Spring theme!

TJ Maxx

I found this adorable Easter display inside of TJ Maxx! TJ Maxx does not really have displays that can be seen from outside the store but right when you walk in they have several displays of products. The Easter products are displayed on a table that has several shelves on it. This display is so festive and will definitely catch every shopper’s eye!
